Hi! I am Erika Ironwood. I am a staunch advocate for our wilds, a writer, a mother of 4, an avid gardener and hiker, and I have a small manufacturing business I run with the help of my amazing hard-working family. The plants help us keep us healthy, grounded and humble.

Being a Wildcrafting Doula means empowerment and exploration through demystified foraging, practical herbalism, and related lifeways. Meeting folks where they are at, creating beautiful connections with their local greenways and forests, helping them learn about all those “weeds” and why they could love them, safely and sustainably.

It’s an honor to foster stewardship of the wild places and educate about the Edible, Medicinal, and Ancestral Abundance of the Pacific Northwest.
